Today, if anything, has taught me that it is important to chase your dreams. We may not know exactly where they’re taking us,  but as long as we keep them in view we will be okay. When things begin to get in the way of that view, when fog rolls in and distorts the reality that we see for ourselves, it is time to pack up and remember who we are and what we want in life. It is never okay to continue to do something that makes us miserable just because someone else expects it of us. Dreams matter, they give us direction. They keep us sane.
